The path that leads to the knowledge of our mind passes through knowledge and awareness. To achieve a condition of well-being and serenity it is necessary to practice mental training through three important phases: listening / study, reflection and meditation. These two meetings are dedicated to two special trainings: recognizing suffering and investigating how our unhappiness arises. The meeting will be structured on some observations and reflections on the subject which will be followed by short meditations.
There will also be a space dedicated to questions and answers.
