BOTANICAL GARDEN
Free admission, no reservations required. Places last.
A Buddhist monk and a neuroscientist explore the profound connection between meditation, nature, and science, between inner peace and harmony with living things. Contemplative practice invites us to experience nature not as a backdrop, but as a sacred space to be inhabited with care. Thus, meditation and ecology intertwine: both recognize the interdependence of all life and teach us to protect what surrounds us: trees, rivers, animals, relationships. Because every conscious gesture is a seed for the Earth.
At the end, Ven. Massimo Stordi will lead a meditation session.
