On the occasion of Tenzin Lodoe Rinpoche's eleventh birthday, the reincarnation of Geshe Jampa Gyatso, to whom we extend our warmest wishes for a long life, we are pleased to share the video of the public ceremony of his presentation at Sera Jey Monastery, held on April 21st, 2025, in the presence of over 3000 monks, disciples, and family members.
From the early morning, Tenzin Lodoe Rinpoche was very happy and joyful to attend the ceremony. At the end of the event, after the offering of khatags by all those present, he had the opportunity to personally thank each one.
Expense report
Tenzin Lodoe Rinpoche gave us a very clear sign by choosing to return to his own home, among the same monks, from the age of just three and a half, and by choosing to follow the traditional path of studies and ceremonies at Sera Jey Monastery.
As the Monastic Sangha Lhungtok Choekhorling Association, we are meeting the significant costs of this phase with both joy and a sense of responsibility, thanks in large part to the generous donations we have received from all of you. Meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama, making offerings to the monastic Sangha of Sera Jey Monastery and to his Khangtsen, and so forth, creates the causes for Rinpoche to have a long life and to benefit others, just as he did so profoundly in his previous life..
With the hope that the many old and new disciples of Geshe Jampa Ghiatso can contribute to the creation of these merits, we are openly sharing the details of the expenses the Association has covered to date.
