Meditation expressed - with Ven. Siliana Bosa
The Ven. Siliana Bosa of the Sangha Onlus Association will be online on the Facebook page of Thubten Kunkyen Center of Naples for guided meditations offered in live streaming by the Center.

With the morning Espresso Meditation, led by Ven. Siliana Bosa and in collaboration with our Sangha Onlus Association, the Thubten Kunkyen Center in Naples aims to ensure that this becomes the main motivation of our day, which will be of benefit both ourselves and others.
As advised by Lama Zopa Rinpoche, during the same session we will practice the blessing of the word, to make meaningful whatever we say during the day.
