We are happy to inform you that the monks and nuns of our Association will be present with a stand at the Tibet Festival Event, organized by the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute in Pomaia on 9 and 10 September 2023, for which also His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama expressed his warmest support.
The presence of our Association will contribute to making the project of our Monastery known to the many people who we hope will take part in the initiative.
We are waiting for you in the internal courtyard of the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute.
Saturday and Sunday from 15:00 to 18:00.
Free admission, no reservation.
It will be an opportunity to explore the theme "From the great monasteries of Tibet to Italy" accompanying you in the discovery of the ancient monasteries of Tibet which were largely destroyed during the Chinese invasion. After the exile in India some monasteries have been rebuilt by Tibetan refugees with the essential help of the Indian government.
Thanks to the unrivaled effort and enlightened vision of His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama, the great monasteries of Tibet have been kept alive, especially in southern India, up to the present day.
